❄️ How It Works (Super Simple)

1️⃣ Register the person you’d like to gift the certificate to You must provide their name & confirm you have their permission. 2️⃣ We do NOT contact them until January To keep the holidays peaceful, we wait until Week 2 of January, unless you want us to reach out sooner. 3️⃣ When they are ready to buy or sell They enter into a written Buyer Agency Agreement and/or Listing Agreement with us. 4️⃣ When their sale or purchase closes You (or they, or both of you) receive up to 25% of our net commission (after company fees + operating expenses).

💸 How the Reward Works

We pay: Up to 25% of our net commission after: Company fees (approx. 20%) Operating expenses (approx. 15%) Minimum commission applies: 3% of first $100K + 1.5% of the balance (+ GST).
