                                    When we planned on selling the market was hot and we thought, who needs an agent now. Well receiving 4 offers within the first 24 hours made believers out of us, it created a whole new set of problems we never even thought of. Hi Peter,

As you know, we recently sold our home, and just wanted to say thank you for all the extra help and service you provided us with. For us this was our last move and were very nervous about moving from a house in to a small suite. Just so many changes, all at the same time, but with your help and patience, we were able to move, put some money away for a rainy day, and have a very nice suite in a very nice building and close to our friends.
