Investing in Real Estate is the way most of the wealthiest people in the world have become what they are today. When you think about some of the well know names in society, and ask you yourself, how did they do that? how did they become so successfull? Often the answer really is real estate. The obvious names of "Donald Trump", The Rothchild's, Kennedy and the list goes on and on. But what about the less obvious ones, like for instance, the owners of your local hardware store, your fast food restaurant and your gas station, are these people really in the business you think they are in or are they really in Real Estate. Well many of us think that investing in Real Estate is the one and only way to ensure longterm wealth, paid for by your tentnats, the appreciation over time and even Canada's Revenue Agency. I know it is to simple to say that all real estate is in fact investment real estate, but it could be, it just depends on how you view the opportunity and find a creative way to create short term or longterm profit from it. In light of this we are pleased to introduce a series of one to two hour workshops about the basics and more advanced ways how anybody can incorporate real estate into their investment portfolio, and gain longterm benefits, or even immediate profits from simple yet very powerfull investment concepts. These workshops will be free of charge and we will schedule 2 every month, starting in February of 2005. during these workshops we will discuss various topics and concepts, as well as answer any and all of your questions. We will also bring in financing and tax specialist from time to time to ensure we look after every detail in the process of building you profitable portfolio. In addition we will from time to time, introduce you to some information from 3rd party sources for your review and possible interest either in the form of information of investment possibilities. However you will never be required to purchase anything or become a member of any cult or sect, real estate or otherwise. This game is great for young and more mature investors in learning, offering insights in the world of investing, financial statements and creating cashflow from invetments and businesses, rather than from you working for it. If you want to help yourself or your children avoid getting trapped in the rat race, this is a must play game. There are 3 versions, 2 of which are board games, and one you can play on line.
